Too Cool for Cool
A problem we’ve always had is the heat.. We started out with a Swamp Cooler. Nice for Phoenix SUX for Diego. Next we went to 1 Fujitsu energy efficient- non refrigerant option. Worked OK. We added one. Still Ok. We added another. Still just Ok. The problem is the capacity these things can handle is more for small data-center but couldnt really hang for the capacity. Which leads to the latest endeavor and thats AC and duct work. This is a 3 phase process to get the proper units and capacity to AC the place to what we need. Phase I should be completed by Tuesday of Next week adding a 5 ton unit and back in duct work to the pieces of the bar that needed it the most. that being the jukebox to middle of the bar on the bar side of the space. this should be a HUGE relief and allow for the other 3 units to continue to work in a more efficient state not having to work in overdrive forcing it to freeze up.. It’s pretty pricey but something that has been in the works for some time. It was imperative to get this all dialed in properly for the summer.. We’re about a month behind where we wanted to be but at least it’s in the works..
