Hamilton’s Brewing Company
I am very pleased to announce that I’ve recently worked with Karl Strauss to act as a consultant to contract their brewing facility each quarter to brew some beer. This is something I have been working on quietly for some time and finally has come to fruition. This allows us to utilize their facility to brew some unique ales. We’re not looking to make tons of beer by any means but just to continue to be creative and have fun. I’ve arranged to have Adam Carbonell (KS and Backstreet), who just turned 28yesterday, to act as my head brewer and working with me on the recipes. Right now the immediate plan is that we are going to do a couple small (batch) brews every quarter. We’ll sit down work up our styles and recipes and then we will go and brew. The styles will be all over the places and it’s a concept that allows us to make some balanced and then again some not so balanced beer throughout the season. Thanks to Marc, Paul, Matt and the KS folks for making this partnership work and allowing us to have the flexability to make this concept work.
