8. All slabs are the same; from same supplier; only differences are technique, rubs, sauces, methods
9. contestants pickup slabs at cafe 10. contestant must deliver a pre-determined amount of ribs, fully dressed, etc. at a
defined time window
11. if not delivered during defined time window, a consequence may occur
12. Judges: reputable culinary folks
13. bar patrons may have an unofficial vote (fan favorite);
