ALCHEMY
Congrats to Ron and Matt and their Crew at Alchemy Cultural Fare and Cocktails. I know Matt and Ron at our end cap have been working tirelessly for close to a 18 months to open up and the time is this Friday for their soft opening. They are located a few doors down from us and I was lucky enough to go to a friends and family opening last night as they prepare for the public. I can say with all honesty im very excited they are opening. It’s unique but also similar to establishments like Starlite (Local Favorite). The ambiance is great and the food was awesome. They focus on smaller portions/plates with an American fusion flare. I had a lot of different items and was super stoked. Ceviche, San Diego Mahi Sliders, Jidoori Chicken, White Bean Hummus, etc etc, etc. It’s full liquor and it also has a small but quality selection of beers. We are pairing with them to do a Hammie’s Beer of the Month and letting them help us with an Alchemy Wine of the Month for the pub. Great guys and a cool new place perfect for 30th St and in particular Historic South Park end of 30th! Expect eclectic cuisine, affordable prices, great wine, nice beer in a prentious free package.. I believe the hours will be something like 11am – midnight but check with them for exact. Soft opening THIS FRIDAY!
