HAMILTON’s HOME OF THE HOP SAUSAGE!

Friday December 5th we will be officially launching the Hamilton’s Hop Sausage!  We have been experimenting over the last several weeks on making our own sausages using Hops as an ingredient and suffice to say we’ve finally got it dialed in.  As far as I know we are excited to be the Official HOME of the Hop Sausage since Im not aware of anyone doing it but ill be they’ll start now! How this is going to work is each Friday we’ll be making a bunch of sausag and we’ll have them throughout the weekend and in particular for our cask! Eventually, we’ll be making several variations for the weekend and who knows how the evolution will go but for now that is the plan.   So December 5th we’re making  the “Spicy Italian Hop Sausage” and we’re going to make a kraut with using pickled serrano’s this will be perfect with the 30th St. Pale ale!
