Hamilton’s 2nd Anniversary Beer
This year our dear pal Chuck Silva has concocted the Hamilton’s 2nd Annie beer we are naming “Pallet Wrecker”. This is a mouth puckering HOP BOMB and just what we hoped for. “Pallet Wrecker” is a compilations of 2 brews. When the first brew was finished they mashed in with the hop’d Wort and used it for the sparge on the 2nd Brew. It was VERY VERY fresh when Dennis and I were drinkig it as we helped the Green Flash crew transfer to kegs. I imagine after it sits for 2 weeks it will balance a bit more but i can tell you what to expect -> A “sick sticky columbus and centennial hop bomb”. A typical Green Flash aromatics, beuatiful head retention and a chewy IIPA that will sit on your tongue and engrave it
. It’s coming in at about 9%! Disclaimer: This is not a gateway beer, this is not a introductory WEST COAST IIPA. This is one of those sign the waiver before you enjoy it type of beers. My heartfelt thanks goes out to CHuck and our friends at the Green Flash brew co for crafting an amazing beer in our honor!
