THE LINKERY AGAIN!
Way to Go Linkery! On the same note, my friends and part time enemies J The Linkery are about ready to open in their new space. Now I’ve always loved the Linkery. Since the time they told me they were WINE people and Not Beer people (they got the big picture and I knew they would 
, the time they had lunch and my fav the chicken chop wrap, the time they served breakfast and cask’s for soccer games at like 7am and the time they try to one up me at every turn with weaseling beer out from under me J j/k For the past 3 wonderful birthday meals I’ve always kept my love/hate relationship real with my mates even when Jay said my IPA smelled like cat urine or pointed our Duboc wasn’t a real breed of pig. J Having said all the above and overly excited and proud of them and their new space which is approximately 3.5 times the size, open air capable with a very urban northwest garage door paneling, HIGH ceiling, TONS of seating both open and private, a nice bar area, a sandwich station, and finally oh finally a little transparency OH I don’t mean with the pricing J but with the ability to see in everywhere from the kitchen/prep to the curing house. Now the Linkery has the SPACE and WILL out it to good use. I love the lay out, I love the Northwest feel I couldn’t have done it better. I really look forward and am super stoked for them and Im positive 100% this is going to be just awesome for everyone who goes as it will only make them more efficient. Read Jay’s blog on the final opening date (which I know is VERY VERY SOON and go have a cask, a brew, a wonderful meal and listen to some top 40 from Jay’s IPOD I know you’ll see me there and often Ill be the guy drinking a cask making fun of the Celine Dion
