Hamilton’s Tavern and Cafe!?
Within 3 weeks we will be opening the
- Bitchin food, prepared fresh utilizing our local farmers market for produce and creating a standard menu as well as monthly specials that will be prepared fresh with as much local ingredients we can aquire. More vegetarian options then ANYWHERE at ANY PUB and created with the same verve, care and quality as we put into the beer list. Callie Mae Rodriguez and Jason Eversole has signed on to run the Café and we sat down and finalized are ‘standard’ menu last week. I don’t want to let the cat out of the bag but trust me it’s going to be staples along with some more eclectic options.
- The Café will be open – 1230 am (last call for food )
- Served both in tavern and in the café. I will operate both as separate entities but will also incorporate/integrate them so you can order on either side.
. Our good friends Jimmy and Justine Ceja have decided that they need to spend more time with their family and children so I’ve assumed the business from them. We will miss the Lei back café and the warm and friendly face that made the appetizing food we ate and I hope we can do as well with the food as they did!
