Why not.. Chris’s penchant for ritualistic polynesian cooking will come to the forefront!  We will be cooking a 50lb pig in an IMU pit. Imu pits are basically a polynesian oven / steamcooker. The pig will be wrapped in bananna leaves and the shredded pork will be tender and as moist as you can imagine.  So before the fireworks come on in and enjoy some Kalua Pig COMPLIMENTARY at the pub with a cask of Green Flash West Coast IPA! We’ll be open at 11am and I suspect the PIG will be server right around 4ish. Ahhh buttery velvet smooth ale and buttery velvet smooth pig :)
