Cask Conditioned Ale aka REAL ALE!
“Live Chickens” Caskerator is now online. What this means we’re going to attempt to have cask’s on ALL the time. Our prototype has ran for 3 beta’s and 1 field trial this weekend and it passed. Sooooo starting this week I will attempt (keyword: attempt) to maintain a rotational cask along with our rotational draught lineup. If accomplished it could be a milestone (keyword: if) for us since we might be able to have a cask on all the time! Grandiose thinking i know.. Please understand it’s new territory and we’re going to have learning curves and obviously some nuances with summertime which will offer us new and unique challenges but either way if it’s serving enjoy the cask first because it’s very special to be able to carry them!
